The place has a great location, close to major transportation services and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the rooms are quite spacious and kept tidy. the staffs were polite and helpful in some cases, like providing extra buckets or phone calls. the hot water was good but not readily accessible every time.

The noise level was intolerable, especially from the busy street outside, even though we paid extra for a balcony. the curtains were not suitable for blocking out the noise or giving enough natural light.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were kind and helpful when I asked for a clean bucket to wash my clothes late at night. They also assisted me in finding a place to rent a bicycle. The hotel was spacious, and the building was pretty. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Additionally, the location was convenient and transportation was easily accessible.

The spacious and clean rooms were definitely the best aspect of our stay. The comfortable beds were a bonus too! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with all our needs, like providing us with clean buckets at an inconvenient time and helping us find rental bikes.

The noise from traffic was a major downside to our stay. We paid extra for a balcony but it was small and without chairs, not sealed properly, and added to the noise.

My family and I spent a lovely Christmas vacation at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious rooms were spotlessly clean. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and delicious local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, which offered a variety of tasty options.

The noise from passing busses and honking traffic made it challenging to sleep, even in our room with a balcony. We also had some issues with curtai​​ns that wouldn't stay open and a lack of staff presence during our early morning checkout. these minor inconveniences didn't detract from our enjoyable stay at this charming hotel.
